SALARY RANGE: $20 - $23/hr

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Operates andmaintainssingle or tandem axle trucks, multi-axle configuration trucks for delivery and/or pick-upfor the Feed Department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Records data according to regulations and standards.

• Demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to safelyoperatesingle or tandem axle trucksormulti-axle configuration trucksand other equipment to meet company and DOT standards.

• Performs and records daily safety, inspections and maintenance checks of assigned vehicles and equipment.

• Follows the preventative maintenance program andmaintainsa clean truck and equipmentaccording to company standards.

• Safelyandin accordance withregulations andproceduresloads and unloads containers, pallets, or materials and products on/off trucks, trailers.

• Responsible for inventory control and turns in daily records.

• Ensuresthat associated documentationarecompleted accurately and returned to proper location at the end of the day.

• Completes all necessary paperwork, such aslogbooks, cargorecordsand all other records.

• Ability to work independentlyto ensure that feed is delivered to proper destination.

• Provides quality customer service.

• Adhere to thecompanyUniform Policy andmaintaintheappropriate professionalimage.

• Ability to work extended hours andon-callas business conditionswarrant.

• Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures.

• All other duties as assigned.

• Requires a high school diploma orthe equivalentthereof, andtwoor more years of related work experience.

• Requires an acceptable valid CDL withrequired endorsements,validDOT medicalcardand a satisfactory driving record.

• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus,decision-makingand skill development.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
