Anticipated Wage: $19.85 - $25.10/hr This shift for this position will on the graveyard shift, 11pm to 7am. SUMMARY: This position is responsible for removing bin tickets, verifying fruit staging locations, conducting fruit counts, monitoring fruit usage, and supporting operations within the dump room area. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure accuracy and support production needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action.
- Remove and reconcile bin tickets to ensure accurate lot traceability and inventory.
- Assist with and be proficient in raw fruit consumption in M3.
- Monitor, record, and communicate fruit usage to support production requirements.
- Assist in manning the dump room area, ensuring safe and efficient fruit flow.
- Works closely with Manufacturing Manager, Raw Fruit Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, and Plant Personnel.
- Report discrepancies in counts, usage, or bin ticket information immediately to Supervisor.
- Clean and maintain work area to include removal of grounded apples, debris, waste, and provide raw fruit sorter coverage when needed.
- Work with Forklift Operators to ensure fruit is staged for production to meet specific needs
- Ability to read Blend Sheets and Production Schedule.
- Adhere to all Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, GMPs, and food safety programs.
- Follow proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures/standards.
- Follow all Haz-Com and Chemical Safety procedures/standards.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practice procedures and standards.
- Follow all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point procedure/standards.
- Wear required and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
- Identify and address all unsafe conditions and unsafe acts - Report to Supervisor on shift
- Follow all other applicable safety rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate and ratio.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to lead, coach, and direct crew to meet process and production objectives. Communicate effectively to accomplish on-the-job training programs. Lead by example. Follow the basic principles of leadership:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to complete paperwork and operate equipment, distance vision to monitor process and check co-workers, color vision to identify color/burn of product, peripheral vision to operate equipment and watch for forklifts, depth perception to adjust equipment and climb stairs, and the ability to adjust focus for monitoring the process and safety of co-workers.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extremely hot conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places, is exposed to toxic/caustic chemicals and possibility of electrical shock.
