Job Title: Programmer Analyst .NET Core

Location(s): Richmond, VA
(Hybrid: Onsite 3 days/week)

Important Requirements

• Candidate must already permanently reside in Richmond, VA.
• All interviews are onsite.
• Must work onsite at the designated Richmond, VA location at least 3 days per week.
• Contractor is responsible for parking arrangements and costs.
• 10+ years of .NET web application development required.
• U.S.-based candidates only; offshore contractors are not permitted.

• Develop applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Node.js, CSS, and Blazor.
• Design solutions using appropriate software design patterns.
• Develop reusable and maintainable application components.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Apply tiered architecture, system design patterns, and testing best practices.
• Participate in Agile SDLC activities.
• Collaborate with business and systems analysts to clarify requirements.
• Troubleshoot applications and support process automation.
• Maintain system documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
