Leads the strategy, design, implementation, and execution of the company's Total Rewards programs and People & Culture (P&C) technology systems. This role ensures compensation, benefits, executive compensation, recognition, wellness, retirement, HRIS, and related P&C platforms are competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The role is accountable for advancing an integrated employee experience through market-aligned rewards strategies, effective governance, data integrity, process optimization, technology enablement, and strong partnership with executive leadership, the Board, Finance, Legal, IT, and People & Culture leaders. Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements an integrated Total Rewards and P&C technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, culture, talent strategy, and long-term growth priorities. Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field 15+ Years Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, P&C systems, HRIS, workforce analytics, executive compensation, and/or P&C operations Preferred Education & Experience
Master's degree Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field Certifications/Licenses: Certified Compensation Professional, CCP; Certified Benefits Professional, CBP; SAP SuccessFactors or related HRIS certification preferred Spans of Control
