Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr System Administrator to join our shared services team.

Primary Responsibilities:

CRM Support & Administration


  • Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user requests.
  • Configure forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and governance standards.
  • Support system upgrades, releases, and environment management.


Business Analysis


  • Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Service and Operations teams.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
  • Recommend CRM solutions aligned with business needs.


Technical Development


  • Oversee, coordinate and execute CRM customizations using:

    • JavaScript
    • Power Automate
    • Power Apps
    • Dataverse
    • Custom APIs and integrations


  • Support CRM-to-ERP and third-party system integrations.
  • Assist with data imports, migrations, and interface troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.


Testing & Quality Assurance


  • Develop test plans and test scenarios.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate fixes and enhancements before production deployment.
  • Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.


Training & Documentation


  • Create user guides and technical documentation.
  • Conduct user training sessions.
  • Support CRM adoption and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for customizations and integrations.


Basic Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement.
  • Experience with Power Platform technologies.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and CRM customization techniques.
  • Experience writing business and technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating work with offshore development resources.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Field Serviceand Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Experience integrating CRM with Business Central or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with Azure integrations and APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Kingsway Soft.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.



The salary range for this position is $110,000-160,000annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
