Position Overview This position serves as a clinical trainer, curriculum developer, and technical consultant to support the professional development of the behavioral health workforce through developing and providing online, live-virtual, and in-person training and technical assistance, with a focus on co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. CPT provides high-quality, culturally and trauma-responsive, competency-based workshops, trainings, resources, and technical assistance to service counties, agencies, centers, and community providers seeking to enhance their skills and/or fulfill continuing education requirements. This temporary/casual role will focus on developing curriculum content and technology transfer resources, as well as facilitating workshops in direct alignment with CPT's emphasis on practice-enhancing, evidence-informed, and skills-based behavioral health practices.
