Establish and monitor project quality metrics and KPIs, including schedule adherence, scope management, testing completion, defect trends, change control compliance, and release readiness. Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, regression testing, and validation activities across enterprise initiatives. Validate project readiness for production deployment, including rollback procedures, communication plans, operational support models, training readiness, and Go/No-Go approvals. Identify delivery risks, process gaps, and quality concerns across active initiatives and work with project teams to implement corrective actions and remediation plans. Develop standardized PMO templates, QA checklists, testing frameworks, governance documentation, and process playbooks to improve consistency across projects. Partner with PMO leadership to strengthen project governance, portfolio reporting, and compliance with internal controls, SDLC standards, audit requirements, and change management processes. Support audit readiness activities related to SOX, cybersecurity, vendor risk, and IT general controls (ITGCs) by ensuring projects maintain proper documentation, approvals, and testing evidence. Produce portfolio-level dashboards and concise reporting highlighting quality trends, project health indicators, risks, dependencies, and remediation activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on PMO maturity, operational efficiency, delivery quality, and organizational adoption of best practices. Build strong collaborative relationships across Accounting, Development, Operations, Marketing, Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Applications teams.
