Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.78 - $29.62 / hour

Summary

Provides technical support for compensation administration by processing employee transactions, including new hires, status changes, transfers, pay rate changes, and terminations. Reviews transfer rates to ensure compliance with compensation policies and audits and processes sign-on incentives and employee referral payments. Serves as the primary reviewer for Infor transactions, ensuring actions are complete, accurate, and compliant. Identifies discrepancies, communicates with supervisors, recruiters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, and recommends appropriate solutions. Assists Physician Recruitment with processing new providers in Infor as needed. Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding compensation policies and procedures, providing guidance within the scope of the role and referring more complex issues to the appropriate team member. Verifies that required new hire documentation is uploaded to the OnBase and Infor systems to maintain compliance and accurate employee records. Supports the Compensation team by participating in special projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or GED required.

Experience: One year of recent administrative experience required. Human Resources experience preferred.

Other:Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide professional support and guidance to employees, leaders, and external partners. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills to process employee transactions, maintain records, and identify discrepancies. Customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely solutions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information while exercising sound judgment and professionalism. Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
