Position Summary Install, maintain and repair electrical components of industrial equipment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Support and adhere to Parker's Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures and observe housekeeping guidelines. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed: Essential Functions: * Facilities Maintenance Electricians install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, parts, and control panels as well as bend conduit, pull wire, and design electrical systems. This position requires extensive knowledge of electrical components as well as electrical safety codes and regulations. This person must be professional, technical, and mechanically proficient. * The work can be physically demanding. In order to install and repair equipment, this person must be able to crawl, climb, and stand for extended periods of time as well as operate tools in close proximity to electrical components. They also will need to be able to operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and fork lifts. * Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components of industrial equipment. * Work as a team member or alone to complete projects. * Observing safety procedures and meeting electrical codes. * Making decisions based on technical documents. * Performing quality testing and inspections on electrical equipment Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
