Associate Account Executive - SMB

About the Role:

The Associate Account Executive - SMB plays a key role in driving new business growth by connecting small and emerging businesses with Yardi Breeze, our property management solution designed to streamline operations and help customers succeed. In this role, you'll build relationships with prospective clients, uncover their unique business needs, and demonstrate the value of Yardi's industry-leading software. From initial outreach to closing the deal, you'll manage the full sales cycle while developing a strong pipeline and delivering a consultative, solution-based sales experience.

What You'll Do:

• Support new business development efforts within an assigned SMB territory by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
• Manage and assist with the full sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, solution presentations, negotiation, and closing opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales goals through consistent outreach, pipeline development, and customer engagement activities.
• Participate in marketing and promotional events to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, CRM records, and product knowledge through ongoing training, certifications, and performance tracking.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to cold call and develop leads
• Presentation and product demonstration skills
• Initiative and motivation to achieve sales goals
• Ability to understand technical products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High responsiveness with strong client-focused approach
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Annual Salary Range: $28.84 - $31.25
