JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL FUNCTION


TheMarketingSpecialist-PartnershipProgramssupports the execution of marketing initiatives across EssilorLuxottica Partnership Programs and other commercial programs. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Programs, this role works closely with internal marketing teams, field sales teams, eye care professionals (ECPs)and external agencies. The Marketing Specialist coordinates events, educationalprogramsand ECP communications to drive engagement and support overallbusinessgoals. This position is responsible forday-to-dayprogram execution, including managing communication calendars, coordinating email campaigns, supporting event logistics and developing marketing assets.The MarketingSpecialistplays a key role in ensuring programs are delivered accurately, on time, and withconsistentcustomer experience.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Coordinate planning and execution for partnership program meetings, workshopsandcustomer events
  • Manage the partnership program communication calendar and coordinate marketing communications across the commercial program team
  • Build and deploy email campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to support event execution, campaign implementation, and marketing asset development.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing materials, promotional assets, presentations, and engagement tools that support partnership program objectives.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing assets across partnership programs to drive field sales and ECP engagement
  • Manage meeting kit production, logistics, and content development for local field events and customer-facing meetings.
  • Support workshop execution through registration management, logistics coordination, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain project timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all plans, programs, and initiatives
  • Travel asrequiredto meetings, trainings, and tradeshows


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree, minimum of 1-3years experiencein sales and marketing
  • Experience incoordinating andexecuting marketing communicationsandcampaigns
  • Experience in B2B channel marketing, medical industry and/or optical industry preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Detail-oriented with strong project coordination and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to workcollaborativelyin cross-functional groups
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel once per quarter


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience in the eyewear industry
