You will be responsible for pinpointing key areas for intervention, recommending course corrections, and collaborating with operational leaders to ensure program goals are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of clinical and non-clinical teammate interactions to ensure clinical workflows are executed with precision and documented in alignment with program standards.
  • Deck Creation & Executive Reporting: Prepare analytical insights, leadership readouts, and presentation materials for audiences ranging from local management meetings up to the executive suite reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in business, healthcare, analytics, or a related field preferred.
    • 2-4 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare analytics, or process improvement.
