JOB DESCRIPTION: Under general direction, the Controls Technician/Electricianmanages all control field devices that are part of theprocesscontrol and instrumentation technology in the Plant. Thisposition installsnew programmable logic controllers (PLC) and programs for new machines or changes to existing ones. The Controls Technician/Electriciancreates and updates PanelView applications foroperatingthese programs,in order tomake operations as efficient as possible. This position also communicates the status of all projects and initiatives to their leader. Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
