Responsibilities Responsibilities Keysight's Thin Film department manufactures passive thin film devices that differentiate our industry-leading RF, microwave, and high bit rate instruments. The thin film devices are built in a high-mix microfabrication environment using processes such as deposition, lithography, electroplating, dry/wet etch, electrical test, laser ablation, and dicing. We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead ~12 operators to manufacture thin film devices with safety, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate combines effective people leadership with technical depth, driving operational excellence through clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement. The position is on-site during night shift hours (Su-Th, start time 10:00PM), with additional oversight of limited weekend-shift work centers. Responsibilities:
