APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Partner with site and manufacturing leadership on workforce planning, staffing levels, talent acquisition, and onboarding strategies. Own and analyze people metrics to support informed business decisions and improve organizational performance. Develop and implement HR strategies that strengthen employee engagement and align with broader HR initiatives. Lead talent management activities, including talent identification, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development. Guide organizational design and change management initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in an HRBP role supporting a senior leadership team. What Sets You Apart: HR experience in the manufacturing industry. Expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee development, employee relations, legal/compliance. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Experience with HR systems (HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking systems). Experience coaching and influencing Senior Management regarding business and people related decisions. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Proven ability to understand complex organizational issues in a matrix environment. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
