Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required for shipping, inventory, and warehouse systems.
  • Forklift certification or training preferred.
  • Ability to read shipping documents, inventory records, and safety procedures.


Experience Requirements

  • Previous shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience required.
  • Experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, Shipping Lead, or Supervisor highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Reliable attendance with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to train at another facility for a minimum of two weeks before transitioning to the primary work location.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.
  • Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull products and materials as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
  • Perform repetitive tasks involving shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement.


Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
  • Prepare, process, and verify outbound shipments for accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records using warehouse computer systems.
  • Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse to support operational needs.
  • Operate forklifts safely and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
  • Prioritize daily workload and help ensure warehouse tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding shipping and inventory needs.
  • Support, train, and provide guidance to warehouse team members as responsibilities grow.
  • Assist with additional warehouse operations and leadership duties as business needs evolve.
