We support customers with Centers of Excellence in Washington DC, Huntsville, AL and Burlington, MA with an additional 36 locations across the U.S. Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Integration Principal for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services contract, supporting the Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE). JOB DETAILS LOCATION: San Antonio, TX JOB STATUS: FT TRAVEL: 5% REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Masters degree and 12 years of directly related experience, of which 5 years must be in DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience in lieu of masters degree, of which 5 years must be in DoD; or 20 years' experience in lieu of degree.
- Top secret clearance.
- 15 years of relevant experience, 10 years of which must be in the DoD, or a BA/BS degree and 20 years of relevant experience, 10 of which must be in the DoD, or 25 years of directly related experience.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Self-starter.
- Experience in leading integrated product teams (IPTs) for multiple procurement actions simultaneously.
- Experience in providing procurement updates to mid-level and senior leadership.
- Military cyber experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply advanced knowledge, experience, and subject matter expertise to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel that contribute to the development and fielding of DCS.
- Plan, research, analyze, and assess DCS system acquisition in terms of development, production, and deployment; formulate plans, and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Work closely with the program manager and contracting officer to ensure all requirements packages are submitted correctly and on time to meet mission needs.
- Specify DCS requirements by preparing performance works statements, statements of work, statements of objectives, etc.
- Perform and report on market research.
- Ensuring allrequirements documentsare completed and submitted on time.
- Lead or participate in integrated product teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise to all acquisitions and security documentation related to the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF); DoDI 8500.1, IA; and DoDI 8500.2, IA Implementation
- Review and evaluate Contractor classified data submissions for compliance with the appropriate Security Classification Guide (SCG).
- Ensure required security documentation (DD Form 254 etc.) is properly tailored and included in procurement packages for systems acquisition.
- Provide procurement updates to mid-level and senior leadership.
