Job Description
ECU Department of Student Life is currently seeking several part-time Central Ticket Office Assistants that will support the functions of the Student Center by providing services in the Central Ticket Office.

The CTO Box Office Assistant is directly supervised by the Director of the Central Ticket Office with direction also from the Admin. Support Associate.
The CTO Box Office Assistant is expected to fulfill the following general roles and responsibilities:
* Cash Handling: be able to accurately reconcile funds taken in through sales in the Paciolan Ticketing system during point-of-sale transactions. Follow all established rules and procedures with regard to handling payment card information both in person and while processing mail and phone orders.
* Technical Skill: Operate Paciolan computerized ticketing software (after training), handle minor issues with ticket printers and ticketing software before escalating to supervisor.
* Clerical Aid: Be able to maintain logs, answer telephone calls and relay messages appropriately if contact from a supervisor is required. Be able to operate common office equipment such as computers, copiers, calculators, fax etc. Process outgoing mail according to established procedures.
* University Representative: represent SL and ECU professionally and with a positive attitude, handling inquiries not only about ticketed events on sale but also other questions from faculty, staff and students at the CTO and performance venues.
