Job Description

Position Summary

The Hospitality Specialist is the hospitality experience expert responsible for delivering seamless, client-ready meetings, conferences, and events. Through white-glove service, exceptional attention to detail, and proactive guest support, this

high profile role ensures memorable experiences for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality Operations & Guest Experience

  • Deliver white-glove hospitality services for meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring exceptional experiences for employees, clients, and guests.
  • Coordinate meeting readiness, catering, guest accommodations, special requests, hospitality inventories, and vendor services while adapting to evolving meeting and event requirements.
  • Foster a hospitality-driven culture by anticipating needs, accommodating tailored requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout every interaction and event.
  • Provide cross-functional support to reception operations as needed to ensure seamless front-of-house service delivery and business continuity.

Conference & Meeting Operations

  • Prepare, maintain, refresh, and reset conference rooms, hospitality areas, and service spaces to ensure they remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and client-ready.
  • Conduct regular floor audits with a keen eye for detail, proactively identifying and addressing presentation, cleanliness, service, and readiness opportunities across client-facing spaces.
  • Uphold hospitality and presentation standards by monitoring meeting environments, refreshing spaces as needed,
  • and ensuring food and beverage offerings are professionally displayed, replenished, and re-plated to maintain a polished client experience.
  • Support high-profile meetings and events through proactive room management, schedule monitoring, and real-time issue resolution.

Service Excellence & Collaboration

  • Partner with employees, clients, vendors, and team members to deliver consistent service excellence while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance hospitality services, workplace presentation, and the overall meeting and event experience.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of hospitality, conference services, catering, event operations, or client-facing service experience within a
  • corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills with a hospitality-first mindset.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and deliver
  • polished, client-ready experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, clients, and visitors in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Thesalary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20.53 - $28.70 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs.Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. RRD's benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.

Shift:Monday to Friday - 6:00am to 3:00pm
