Responsibilities The Counsel, Global Tax Controversy has a critical role within Keysight's Tax Department. This role will provide U.S. and non-U.S. audit strategies and will advise on the risks and opportunities relating to global business operations, global transfer pricing policies, global trade, and material transactions. The Counsel, Global Tax Controversy will report to the Director, Tax Controversy & Risk Management, and will interact regularly with many other people within the Tax Department as well as functional areas outside of the Tax, such as Controllership, Corporate Development, Legal, Logistics and Treasury.
