What You'll Do



  • Lead the execution and delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns, translating strategic briefs into impactful digital initiatives that resonate with top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with business and recruiting leaders to refine campaign messaging and adapt creative assets for maximum resonance and engagement.
  • Partner effectively with external agencies to oversee creative development, media plan construction, and seamless campaign launches.
  • Drive hands-on campaign execution across key digital channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and Paid Search platforms, optimizing for reach and impact.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards for quality and are completed on time, every time.
  • Continuously monitor live campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as delivery, applicant quality, impressions, and clicks to strategically optimize tactics and achieve superior results.
  • Integrate community-focused messaging into broader marketing strategies, maintaining brand consistency and enhancing employer brand appeal across all global business units.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated success in running paid digital campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and through Paid Search platforms, showcasing your ability to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Proven experience in managing agency partners and external vendors for media planning and creative delivery, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outputs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to effectively track campaign metrics (impressions, CTR, applicant quality) and drive performance optimization through data-driven insights.
  • An adaptable and flexible mindset, coupled with the ability to operate at a fast pace while maintaining a high standard of creative execution and strategic thinking.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Previous experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or technical talent attraction, bringing a specialized understanding to the role.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns specifically targeting technical or specialized audiences (e.g., engineering, cloud, AI, developers), demonstrating your ability to connect with niche talent.
  • A track record of translating complex campaign briefs into executable, end-to-end media strategies, showcasing your strategic planning and implementation skills.
