SummaryOur Production Supervisor is responsible for contributing to and overseeing daily production activities to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives. Primarily floor-based (>50%) and includes direct labor responsibilities in addition to coordinating and leading a team in assigned production areas.This role: - Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply - Supports planning and administration of procedures and budgets - Provides input to budgetary recommendations and monitors expenditures related to direct/indirect labor and materials - Develops schedules based on manpower requirements for assigned areas - Actively participates in production operations while assisting in selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function Job Description
