The Field Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting field service operations by ensuring accurate project setup and execution, fostering effective communication among clients, suppliers, and internal teams, coordinating resources, procuring materials, and maintaining accurate job costing from project initiation through closeout to support successful and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage work orders-including purchase orders, drawings, estimate forms, and job site photos-using tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Support job costing and project financial tracking by maintaining accurate labor and material records throughout project lifecycle.
  • Understand and facilitate key stages of project lifecycle, from project setup though execution, completion, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Track project materials and monitor equipment calibration to ensure availability and compliance with NETA standards.
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and suppliers regarding schedules, responsibilities, and project updates.
  • Coordinate labor, transportation, and material deliveries to ensure technicians and equipment arrive on site as scheduled.
  • Monitor project progress, update schedules, and provide status reports to the Service Support Manager.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain detailed project logs to support accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in coordination or project management preferred, ideally in electrical testing or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively across project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; mathematical or technical experience is a plus.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference check.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.
