Requisition ID req37710 Working Title Academics Coordinator Position Grade 10 Position Summary Are you outgoing, confident and professional in all you do? The School of Engineering (SoE) is seeking an experienced Academics Coordinator for two programs: our multi-disciplinary program in Integrative Engineering (IE) and our First-Year Engineering Program (FYE). This is a temporary position for five months through January 31, 2027. Position can possibly be extended based on the discretion of the department. You will report to the Director the IE and FYE programs. This position plays a key role in supporting the overall operations of both programs, assisting with administrative, academic, and program-related functions, and liaising with School and University offices to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters professionally. There are no additional staff working in this program, so it's imperative that you are a self-starter and internally motivated to get things done. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
