Requisition ID req37701 Working Title Education Specialist Position Grade 11 Position Summary Are you passionate about working with students, faculty, staff, preceptors, and clinical sites to advance healthcare education in New Mexico? The Physician Assistant (PA) Program in the Department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking a collaborative, detailed-oriented Educational Specialist for the clinical portion of the PA Program. This position will work closely with PA Program students, faculty, and staff to support the last 9 months of the clinical portion of the curriculum, as well as provide logistical support and planning for clinical hands-on activities throughout the program. Primary duties will include clinical curriculum logistics, student and faculty support, clinical compliance onboarding, preceptor and clinical site recruitment, logistical planning, and helping facilitate hands-on clinical educational sessions and other functions to support the PA Program's mission of educating PA students to become exemplary providers with a focus on primary care medicine for the underserved and rural populations of New Mexico. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
