Outreach Specialist Location: Honolulu, HI (On-site) Pay: $20.00/hour TEKsystems is seeking an Outreach Specialist. This role is responsible for contacting members, verifying enrollment information, reviewing coverage details, and supporting membership administration processes. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to members to verify residency and enrollment information * Review and validate payment status and enrollment details in internal systems * Research and confirm member information using multiple platforms * Send member communications using established templates * Document interactions and findings accurately * Track and follow up on pending enrollment or verification cases * Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as appropriate * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of enrollment information Qualifications * Previous customer service, customer support, or call center experience * Experience making outbound calls preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems * Ability to follow established processes and procedures * Reliable and professional work ethic Preferred Qualifications * Healthcare, insurance, or membership services experience * Experience with enrollment verification processes * Familiarity with Salesforce, QNXT, or similar systems This is a fully onsite position located in Honolulu, HI. Candidates must be able to work on-site throughout the duration of the assignment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
