In this position, you will: * Sort, organize, and distribute large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail * Ensure mail is accurately routed to the appropriate departments and personnel * Load and transport mail between buildings using a company vehicle * Make scheduled deliveries and pickups throughout the military installation * Maintain organized records and tracking procedures for mail distribution * Support daily mailroom operations in a fast-paced, process-driven environment * Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials This position consists of approximately 80% mailroom operations and organization and 20% driving throughout the installation. What We're Looking For Active Secret Clearance required High School Diploma or GED Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable driving ability and comfort operating a company vehicle Previous mailroom, administrative, warehouse, logistics, customer service, or clerical experience is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment Interested? Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
