Job Title: Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote, West Coast hours (Pacific Time)

Start Date: 8/25/26

End Date: 1/31/27

Key Responsibilities

  • Untangle ambiguous, 0-to-1 problems into a clear experience vision and an actionable plan - synthesizing insights and business context quickly enough to move a team from "what if" to a shippable direction.
  • Design at high craft across TV, Mobile, and Web, working in Figma from concept through detailed, dev-ready execution.
  • Create scalable systems, patterns, and reusable approaches that extend beyond individual projects.
  • Partner directly with product, engineering, merchandising, and marketing stakeholders to shape strategy and bring member-centered experiences to life.
  • Facilitate collaborative work sessions across all levels of the org
  • Communicate direction through strong visual storytelling - in writing, in small groups, and in presentations
  • Innovate to meet new business and member needs while designing for scale.
  • Be a fierce advocate for our members from around the world.


Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years designing user experiences for consumer-facing products, with a proven track record of driving 0-1 initiatives and leading projects to successful outcomes at global scale.
  • Strong judgment for distilling ambiguous, unstructured problems into actionable roadmaps - knowing which questions to ask and where to focus for impact.
  • Known for high-quality craft and detailed execution of design patterns across multiple UI platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple initiatives and business domains, balancing competing team requirements without losing sight of long-term experience goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build organizational leverage through systems, frameworks, and reusable patterns.
  • Actively explores and adopts new tools, workflows, and technologies to increase individual and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication skills - in writing, small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives.
  • Track record of giving and receiving feedback.


The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $120 - $145 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
