Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for assisting SVM Facility Services with mail room management, key log system management, delivery of SVM mail and packages, general housekeeping of common spaces, locker assignment and tracking, and maintenance building walk throughs. Key Job Responsibilities:
General maintenance and monitoring of copy equipment. Ensure all machines have paper, toner, staples, etc. Onboard and offboard students and faculty in machines and assign codes to users.
Receive and distribute daily mail, monitor and maintain faculty and staff mailboxes. 5%
Manage key distribution and cataloging system. Coordinate and follow up with faculty and staff to pick up and drop off keys. 5% Maintain records of locker assignments, locks and key boxes. Prepare lockers for incoming students and clean out lockers at the end of each year. 5% Department:SVM Administration, Facility Services Compensation:Minimum compensation is $36,421 annually. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
