TMS Technician (Neuromodulation Division)

Description The Neuromodulation Division is seeking to hire a full-time TMS Technician to support clinical operations to our TMS Clinic in Westwood. The Division provides specialized treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Neurofeedback, Scrambler Therapy, and Magnetic Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (mPNS). Key responsibilities include:
  • Support TMS treatment sessions, including equipment setup, patient positioning, and treatment monitoring
  • Collect patient assessments and assist with clinical documentation in CareConnect
  • Assist with the delivery of Neurofeedback, Scrambler Therapy, and mPNS treatments
  • Coordinate patient care activities and communicate with patients and providers
  • Perform front desk duties, including patient check-ins, scheduling, registration, and payment collection
  • Coordinate medical records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Travel to satellite clinic locations as needed
Please note: you will be based in our Westwood Clinic but will be required to float to our other Clinics in Calabasas and Pasadena if needed
Salary range: $31.24/hr - $41.22/hr
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Mac and PC operating systems
Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols and instructions
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to learn TMS positioning and treatment procedures
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology, or related field
TMS Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, patient care coordination
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Hearth Association or American Red Cross
Knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, or neuromodulation therapies
Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
