Your strategic analytical modeling combined with hands-on project execution will be critical in a fast-paced environment, making a direct impact on the efficiency and success of next-generation mobility solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze Supply Trends & Performance: Monitor daily trends in supply delivery, vehicle uptime, and fleet health; analyze operational metrics to proactively identify bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Execute Strategic Scaling Projects: Lead and execute cross-functional special projects aimed at scaling fleet infrastructure, optimizing vendor handoffs, and improving operational workflows across markets.
  • Support Vehicle Demand Planning: Partner with operational and analytical leads to support vehicle demand planning, ensuring fleet staging and staging forecasts align seamlessly with localized market demand and rider requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university (preferably in Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field).
  • Total Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data-driven Program Manager, Operations Manager, or Business Operations/Analytics role within tech-enabled mobility, logistics, supply chain, or fleet management environments.
  • Data Analytics Proficiency: Proven ability to query, model, and analyze large datasets independently using SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar), and advanced spreadsheet tools to build automated dashboards and KPI frameworks.
  • Program Management & Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of structuring ambiguous operational challenges into actionable project plans, establishing SOPs, and driving cross-functional execution to meet strict timelines.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical data insights into clear executive summaries and present to cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle (AV), ride-sharing, or high-growth fleet logistics industry.
