Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, production procedures, and customer orders. Basic math and documentation skills for completing production records and quality checks. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, material handling, or production experience preferred. Experience operating industrial equipment, forklifts, scanners, or barcode systems is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Ability to continuously lift, move, and stack 50-pound bags throughout the shift. Ability to occasionally move loads up to 100 pounds safely. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform repetitive motions for the entire shift. Comfortable working around industrial production equipment and machinery. Flexibility to work various shifts as required. Job Duties Operate bagging and packing equipment to ensure accurate product packaging and efficient production flow. Set and adjust packers, fill weights, and bulk rates to maintain proper bag weights and product specifications. Verify bag weights using scales and perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy. Complete required production paperwork, inspections, and routine equipment maintenance documentation. Operate equipment within the sacking area, including forklifts, repour equipment, sweepers, and related machinery. Stack finished products on tray pads and pallets according to company and customer requirements. Ensure proper product labeling, load identification, and shipment preparation. Collect and prepare product samples for quality testing and analysis. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all safety, quality, and environmental policies.
