Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree or additional training in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Working knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 standards preferred. Experience Requirements 2-4 years of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement experience required. Experience supporting and maintaining quality management systems in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal auditing processes. Lead Auditor Certification preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause investigation skills. Experience developing procedures, work instructions, process documentation, and employee training materials. Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Physical Capabilities Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed. May operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, clamp trucks, and picker equipment. Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials when supporting warehouse operations. Must be able to follow all company safety policies and procedures. Job Duties Support and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Develop, update, and maintain quality policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality documentation. Coordinate and administer internal audit programs, including auditor training, audit scheduling, and compliance monitoring. Investigate customer complaints, quality concerns, and non-conformance issues using root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Collect, track, and analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Educate and train employees on quality standards, procedures, and quality management system requirements. Support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and operational processes. Partner with leadership and operations teams to improve quality performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. When required, operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to support warehouse and distribution activities.
