Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree or additional training in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 standards preferred.


Experience Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement experience required.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining quality management systems in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal auditing processes.
  • Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause investigation skills.
  • Experience developing procedures, work instructions, process documentation, and employee training materials.
  • Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed.
  • May operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, clamp trucks, and picker equipment.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials when supporting warehouse operations.
  • Must be able to follow all company safety policies and procedures.


Job Duties

  • Support and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, update, and maintain quality policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate and administer internal audit programs, including auditor training, audit scheduling, and compliance monitoring.
  • Investigate customer complaints, quality concerns, and non-conformance issues using root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Collect, track, and analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Educate and train employees on quality standards, procedures, and quality management system requirements.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and operational processes.
  • Partner with leadership and operations teams to improve quality performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • When required, operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to support warehouse and distribution activities.
