Facility Associate

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, shipping documents, inventory records, and safety procedures.
• Basic computer and technology skills are helpful.

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics, order fulfillment, or distribution environments preferred but not required.
• Experience using scanners, barcode systems, inventory management software, or warehouse tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and technicians.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude are required.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to move inventory and equipment safely throughout the facility.
• Capable of handling physical warehouse duties while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

• Receive incoming shipments of technology equipment and inventory from company drivers and carriers.
• Unload, sort, inspect, and organize incoming products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Scan, label, track, and update inventory using warehouse management and inventory control systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage locations.
• Prepare refurbished computers, laptops, and other technology devices for shipment.
• Clean, sanitize, and remove labels or markings from equipment to ensure a professional appearance.
• Conduct quality inspections before packaging and shipment.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders for delivery and transportation.
• Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and inventory control processes.
• Support special projects and other warehouse operations as assigned.
