Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:30pm

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to workplace safety standards.
  • Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes is a plus.


Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.


Physical Capabilities

  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Ability to manually shovel product and perform other physically demanding tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a labor-intensive production environment.
  • Ability to safely stack and palletize finished products.


Job Duties

  • Monitor production equipment and machinery during operation to ensure efficient performance.
  • Change and replace product bags as they become full during the production process.
  • Manually shovel product into bags and prepare materials for shipment or storage.
  • Box finished products as they move down the production line.
  • Stack, organize, and palletize packaged products according to company standards.
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, production guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
  • Assist with additional production, packaging, and warehouse duties as assigned.
