HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE: You'll play an important role in ensuring accurate water metering and exceptional customer service throughout the City. Whether you're installing and maintaining water meters, troubleshooting automated meter reading equipment, locating underground utilities, or assisting customers in the field, your work helps ensure reliable utility service and accurate billing for our community. Working independently under general supervision, you'll use technical skills, sound judgment, and excellent customer service to complete a variety of field service activities while maintaining accurate records and promoting safe work practices.
