As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the hands-on problem solver who keeps our operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, equipment, building systems, and electrical and piping infrastructure-ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with a variety of systems, and making a real impact every day, this is the role for you!

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Keep our property looking its best by repairing and maintaining buildings and grounds, including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and caring for the swimming pool and its equipment
• Stay one step ahead of breakdowns by performing preventative maintenance, inspecting, testing, and servicing machinery and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
• Put your technical skills to work by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems that keep our facility running efficiently
