The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Support Engineering team serves as the highest level of technical support for Microsoft's partner ecosystem, resolving complex commerce, licensing, provisioning, identity, and Partner Center issues. The team partners with support, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to remove blockers, improve supportability, and ensure partners can successfully transact, manage, and grow their Microsoft cloud businesses. The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Support Escalation Engineer owns the resolution of Microsoft's most complex partner support escalations. By combining deep technical expertise, partner advocacy, and cross-functional leadership, this role drives timely issue resolution, improves supportability, and helps partners successfully transact, manage, and grow their Microsoft cloud business. Technical Support Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $86,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $113,300 - $187,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
