Location: Remote- EST

Duration: 6 Months

Position Overview

Seeking a temporary Program Manager to support cross-functional planning, execution, and operational delivery for initiatives related to incentive programs and marketing science. In this role, you will help coordinate stakeholders, track progress against key milestones, and drive clear communication and documentation to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Note: This is a temporary contract position and is not a full-time employee role.

Summary & Business Context

Run end-to-end operations for a new suite of Go-Big measurement pilots designed to accelerate advertiser adoption of incrementality-based measurement (Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, Partner Lift) as their primary source of truth for budgeting.

You will own day-to-day mechanics-advertiser and agency enrollment, eligibility verification, credit allocation, qualifying-event tracking, and disbursement-while serving as the primary operational point of contact across Marketing Science, Monetization Incentives, Agency teams, Data Science, and Legal & Compliance. Additional core duties include building tracking dashboards, delivering leadership updates, flagging operational risks and anti-gaming signals, and writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure long-term pilot scalability.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Rhythms

  • Program Execution: Support planning and daily execution across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with internal partners across Marketing Science, Monetization Incentives, Agency, Data Science, and Legal & Compliance to establish scope, requirements, deliverables, and success metrics.

  • Operating Cadence & Documentation: Drive recurring program rhythms, including agenda creation, status reporting, meeting synthesis, action-item tracking, and central SOP/documentation maintenance.

  • Dashboards & Risk Monitoring: Build tracking dashboards and communicate program health, progress, operational risks, anti-gaming signals, and mitigation plans to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner.

  • Insights Translation: Partner with analytics and marketing science teams working on ad measurement platforms to translate data-driven insights into actionable program adjustments.

  • Process Optimization: Identify workflow gaps, propose structural solutions, and implement scalable processes for program tracking and disbursement mechanics.

Performance Expectations

Performance in this role will be evaluated based on the successful management of workstream timelines, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, consistency of operating rhythms, accuracy of dashboard reporting and risk flagging, and the successful delivery of scalable workflow improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Program & Project Management: Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, highly matrixed enterprise environments.

  • Incentive Program Operations: Direct background in the planning, operational execution, credit disbursement, tracking, or lifecycle management of incentive initiatives.

  • Marketing Science & Measurement: Familiarity with digital ad measurement concepts, experimentation methodologies (e.g., Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, Partner Lift), and data-informed decision-making.

  • Technical & Analytics Skills: Hands-on experience with basic SQL and building data tracking dashboards.

  • Domain Experience: Direct previous experience within top-tier social media or digital advertising tech platforms.

  • Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of creating clear operational documentation, SOPs, and executive updates under ambiguous conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience navigating and collaborating within large-scale, matrixed Big Tech environments.
