Warehouse Worker I

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping

* Basic Outlook and Excel skills (must be able to communicate proficiently via email)

* Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Warehouse Operations

* Perform daily processing of IT RMA equipment which includes scanning assets, unboxing equipment, and sorting for disposal or retention.

* Assist in hard drive removal from returned PC/Laptops/Servers as well as recording of asset/serial information into a spreadsheet

* Assist in preparation of returned equipment for destruction or sale

* Forklift operation (training provided)

Receiving Operations

* Load and unload trucks with pallet jack and/or forklift

* Verify counts of incoming shipments against packing slips and PO's

* Receive items in the ERP system

* Tag pallets and boxes with appropriate item numbers/descriptions

* Put incoming inventory away in designated locations

Shipping Operations

* Pick and complete orders in scanning gun

* Pack orders for shipment

* Ship orders using Fedex and UPS terminals

* Replenish stock as needed from overstock locations

Miscellaneous Operations (technical)

* Monitor testing

* Security Protocol configuration of HP Printers
