Summer 2027 Internship

Duration: Monday, May 17th- August 20th, 2027

Location: Austin, TX

Under close supervision, responsible for supporting HR data reporting and analytics activities. The HR Operations Analyst I learns to empower leaders by delivering accurate HR data and basic reports within Workday. This role performs data entry, basic data validation, and assists in maintaining reporting catalogs.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in data cleansing and HRIS system maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with routine testing of HRIS system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to understand basic report requirements.
  • Follow data privacy and governance policies in all activities.
  • Maintain awareness of basic HR analytics trends.
  • Participate in compliance reporting activities (e.g., EEOC, VETS).
  • Support ad-hoc report requests with guidance.
  • Support creation and documentation of Workday user manuals and training materials.
  • Generate standard Workday HR reports following established templates and guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR terminology and processes in hardware/semiconductor industry preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of HR data, systems (preferably Workday), and reporting tools.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Data Science/Analyst, or related field
  • No experience necessary
