HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...
As a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring products move efficiently through the distribution network and reach customers on time. You will support warehouse and bakery operations, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help drive a safe, productive, and food-safe work environment.
Pay: $24.75/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
- Coordinate daily distribution and warehouse operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
- Review bills of lading and customer orders to plan and prioritize work activities.
- Assign and direct team members to specific duties, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation.
- Load, unload, pick, sort, and stage products as needed.
- Support bakery operations, including:
- Auditing inventory and shipments
- Breaking down loads
- Distributing and billing products to Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs)
- Processing stale product credits in accordance with company policy
- Maintain accuracy of customer orders by cross-checking and verifying order details.
- Print and manage daily Bin Route orders.
- Direct the reclamation and disposition of damaged merchandise.
- Assist with tracking and reporting productivity metrics.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and operational records.
- Maintain accurate and timely records related to:
- Timekeeping
- Expenses
- Inventory
- Food safety
- Safety compliance
- Maintain facility cleanliness and follow all safety, food safety, and security procedures.
- Report safety, food safety, and site security incidents and recommend improvements.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
- Escalate employee concerns or policy violations to site leadership.
- Collaborate daily with Customer Service, Planning, Sales, Transportation, Finance, Manufacturing, and external carriers to resolve inventory, shipment, credit, and service issues.
- Provide operational support and fill in for the Site Leader, Coordinator, or Senior Coordinator when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, depot, or related environment.
- Ability to work overnight/3rd shift schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately verify orders, inventory, and shipment documentation.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Commitment to safety, food safety, and operational excellence.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)
- Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, distribution, or consumer packaged goods environments.
- Experience coordinating warehouse or distribution operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with transportation providers and cross-functional business partners.
- Previous leadership, training, or team coordination experience.
- Familiarity with productivity reporting and operational metrics.
- Experience supporting food safety, warehouse safety, or quality programs.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
