This role focuses on owning, scaling, and optimizing our Conga CPQ ecosystem to streamline quote-to-cash workflows. To succeed, you will blend deep technical CPQ expertise with proactive problem-solving to translate complex sales operations needs into seamless automated designs. You will join a collaborative, tech-forward operations team committed to modernization, working standard business hours with occasional planned off-hours support during scheduled deployment windows.

This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

The salary range for this position is $81,500 - $105,500 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Administer, maintain, and continuously optimize enterprise Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Quote-to-Cash systems (with a primary focus on Conga CPQ) to support the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Optimize CPQ functionality through continuous workflow automation, platform enhancement, and data reporting to streamline seller operations.
  • Contribute towards data and metadata migrations, in conjunction with defined release windows.
  • Implements updates and enhancements and manages change control, testing, and release activities.
  • Monitors platform performance, availability, and data integrity and resolves incidents through root-cause analysis.
  • Performs data management tasks, including data imports, quality audits, and remediation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze operational processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce CRM administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) / Quote-to-Cash applications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce RLM, Conga CPQ, or similar).
  • Associate's degree or higher required.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Industry certifications relating to Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Conga, or Salesforce
  • Advanced expertise in the design and governance of a complex CPQ system; must possess deep administrative mastery of at least one core platform such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency with database query languages such as SQL, or SOQL.
  • Knowledge of systems analysis and technical solution design concepts.
  • Knowledge of change management and release management practices.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business processes into technical solutions.
  • Ability to perform incident and problem management using structured methodologies.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and organization skills.
  • Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-focused approach to service and support.
