Job Summary The Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute is seeking an experienced and collaborative Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy ambulatory practice. In this role, you will lead administrative and clinical support teams, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help create an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner with physicians, clinical leaders, and administrative colleagues to support operational excellence, staff development, and continuous improvement. Essential Functions *Lead the daily operations of the practice and ensure efficient workflows. *Supervise administrative and clinical support staff. *Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage to support patient care. *Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members. *Coach and mentor staff to support performance and career growth. *Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and required training. *Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. *Monitor practice performance metrics and support ongoing improvements. *Partner with leadership on budgeting, planning, and resource management. *Oversee payroll processes and support accurate timekeeping. *Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational goals. *Provide leadership support and coverage as needed.
