Business Manager III College of Education & Human Development Department of Counseling & Psychological Services The Department of Counseling and Psychological Services is a collaborative and welcoming community of faculty, staff, and students committed to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities. Our department brings together nationally recognized academic programs, innovative research initiatives, externally funded projects, and community outreach focused on mental health, education, well-being, and human development. With a diverse range of programs and initiatives, each day provides new opportunities for staff to contribute directly to the success of our students, faculty, research, and community partnerships. The Business Manager provides leadership and oversight for the administrative and financial operations of the department and works closely with the Department Chair to support departmental priorities and strategic planning. This position manages significant and diverse financial resources, including a $5.1 million state-funded budget, more than $10 million in externally funded grants and contracts, and approximately $1.6 million in foundation funds.
