Role Summary The Executive Head of Coaching and Programmingsets the tone for DSOA, guiding the curriculum and ensuring member engagement and satisfaction. The roleownsthe Inner Circle member experience andDSOA's coaching function end toend:recruiting and developing the coach network,settingand enforcing quality standards, and designing the compensation structure that keeps top coaches. The Executive Head of Coaching and Programmingruns the day-to-day curriculum and teaching calendar and owns the people and quality bar behindthe Inner Circle memberexperience, and partners with theVP, Product & Strategyon setting direction for both coaching and curriculum. Success in this role requires strongpeopleleadership, a sharp eye for coachingquality,fluency in what it takes to grow a business,anda passion forthedance and performing-arts community DSOA serves.
