JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR operations specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the employee life cycle and business needs in delivering outstanding HCM services to our employees, candidates, alumni, and vendors globally. Your role will need you to partner with the global functional HCM teams, compliance, product and engineering teams to provide seamless support and experience in new hire onboarding, employee offboarding/ exit management, statutory and legal compliance, partner with HRBP to support all talent management processes of employee transfers, reorgs, year-end support for performance management and compensation activities. In this position you must demonstrate an understanding of HCM/ employee life cycle activities, ability to adapt to change in technology, operating model, work in a professional service environment that is driven by excellence and experience.
