Short Description Identify methodologies to improve all aspects of revenue cycle operations, with specific attention to coding, charge capture and process improvement. Participates in work groups on projects associated with revenue enhancement efforts. Keep abreast of regulations and policies for all reimbursement sources. Oversee and monitor the charge entry process for offsite programs; to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recording of all billable services Conduct Weekly charge reconciliation audits Other duties as needed to support the team/department Experience Required Charge Entry, EPIC experience, Registration and Coding knowledge. Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred. Special Requirements Must have in depth knowledge of third party policies and procedures. Excellent analytical skills required. Hourly Rate Min $25
Hourly Rate Max $42.5
