- Perform embroidery on orders as requested for apparel and accessories
- Operate multiple embroidery machines in an efficient manner
- Ensure all embroidery instructions are followed accurately regarding logo placement & thread colors
- Ensure embroidery meets Marleylilly company quality standards
- Maintain a steady workflow of all orders to assist in the production schedule
- Verify all apparel picked (color, size, etc.) matches embroidery design provided prior to production
- Perform sew-outs, trimming, and quality checks of embroidered logos
- Assist in packaging and shipping of completed orders
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback; monitors own work; strong attention to detail
- Meets productivity standards; completes work in a timely manner; strives to increase productivity; stays on task

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Embroidery Operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
