Summary:

The AI Operations Manager will lead the automation of MX (Mobile) Sales Data, Survey Data, coordination, content creation and distribution, KPI reporting, and Retail data analysis through AI-driven workflows. This role will eliminate manual inefficiencies, deliver real-time cross-functional visibility, and accelerate decision-making to strengthen execution for the MX Insights Analytics team.

Responsibilities:



  • Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop AI-enabled workflows to integrate our current data sources with ETL streams.
  • Develop and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Generate AI-enabled insights using data from a variety of sources to enhance data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct strategy analysis by leveraging AI tools to evaluate market trends and recommend data-driven solutions.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Cline, OpenAI, Copilot, DeepSeek) and platforms for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations.
  • Ability to look at data and analyze to build key insights.
  • Curious mindset with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in retail operations within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, System Integration, and distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis using AI analytics.
